Lawyer Bachir Aoun is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1987. He holds a graduate degree in Lebanese & French Law from St. Joseph University, Beirut. Mr. Aoun began his career in 1984, as a trainee lawyer at the Marcel Yazbeck Law firm, while being a legal data researcher at the Lebanese University.
After a professional stay in Canada, Mr. Aoun settled permanently in Lebanon and opened his own law firm in 2005, before founding in 2008 the Chehab, Aoun & Azar Law Firm, in collaboration with lawyers Béchir Chehab and Walid Azar.
Since 2006, Mr. Aoun is the legal consultant for the Maronite Archbishopric of Beirut, handling real estate legal operations. He is also the consultant of several Lebanese companies, such as Awraq Publishing S.A.R.L.,, Bsaibes Interiors S.A.R.L., Bsaibes Builders S.A.R.L., Expert Data Systems S.A.R.L., Essence Communications S.A.R.L., Enfantillage S.A.R.L., Quality Trust S.A.L., Quartet Holding, Pharmax S.A.L., Carspa S.A.L., MMG Media S.A.L., and other Lebanese companies and individual customers.
His training in Coaching Solution Oriented in France allowed him to successfully conduct negotiations and mediations on various legal disputes. He holds French and Canadian passports, which allows him international mobility.
Until 2004, Mr. Aoun was a member of the Table Ronde Française. He represented the Maronite Archbishopric in the Caritas Lebanon board between 2010 and 2012. Mr. Aoun is a member of the Maronite League and president-founder of AMDI, an association which objectives are the preservation of the collective memory, the development and insertion in Lebanon.
Lawyer Béchir Chehab is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1980. He holds a graduate degree in Law. Mr. Chehab began his apprenticeship in 1982 as a trainee lawyer at the Raymond Azar Law Firm.
In 1986, he started his own Law Firm, before founding in 2008 the Chehab, Aoun & Azar Law Firm, in collaboration with lawyer Bachir Aoun and lawyer Walid Azar.
Mr. Chehab opted in his career for selectivity in his customers. He exclusively represents a selection of businesses and individual clients.
Mr. Chehab has developed a network of relationships and lobbying that allows him to resolve disputes that favor mediation and compromise.
Since 1975, he has been involved with the Lebanese Red Cross.
Lawyer Walid Azar is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1990. He holds a graduate degree in Law from the Lebanese University. Mr. Azar began his apprenticeship in 1990 as a trainee lawyer at the Stephane Elise firm in Zahle, and then moved to the cabinet of lawyer Elie Aoun, member of the Lebanese National Assembly.
For 17 years, Mr. Azar became as a pillar of the Raymond Azar Law Firm, before founding in 2008 the Chehab, Aoun & Azar Law Firm, in collaboration with lawyers Béchir Chéhab and Bachir Aoun.
Although specializing in Real Estate Law, Mr. Azar has a diversified clientele requesting involvement in civil, commercial and criminal litigation. His clients include businesses and individual customers.
Mr. Azar has participated in several discussion tables and television programs. He participates in sports and cultural clubs in which he is a member.
Lawyer Carla Milan married Chéhab is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1996. She holds a degree in Law from the St-Joseph University of Beirut and the la Sagesse University. She underwent her training as a lawyer at the Raymond Azar Law Firm in 1993.
In 2008, Mrs. Milan-Chéhab joined the Chéhab, Azar & Aoun Law Firm, where she represented a variety of companies and individuals.
Mrs. Milan-Chéhab is very active in the social, associative and cultural fields. She is the Chairman of various associations. Since 2013, she is a member of the executive board of the Maronite League, where she presides and is a member of many specialized committees.
Born in 1965, lawyer Fouad J. Nassif holds a degree in Lebanese and French Law from the St-Joseph University, Beirut (1987). He underwent his training as a lawyer at the Fouad Boutros Law Firm (1988-1991), and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1991.
Mr. Nassif represented the Emile Kanaan Law Firm at the London based Lawrence Graham Law Firm in 1992-1993. He presently divides his time between Lebanon and periods dedicated to humanitarian work in India. In Lebanon, he collaborates professionally with the Chehab, Azar and Aoun Law Firm.
With his perfect mastery of the Arabic, French and English languages, and his large exposure to diverse cultures of the world, Mr. Nassif is at ease in handling international legal cases.
Lawyer Gabriel Mahfoud is a member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2011. He holds a graduate degree in Law. Mr. Mahfoud began his apprenticeship in 2012 as a trainee lawyer with the Chafic Nehme Law Firm before joining the Chehab, Azar and Aoun Firm in 2013.
